Very timely! The twins are turning 11 months old on the first of June and I was thinking of an activity that we can do together on that day. We now have an answer.
By the time I sent the person-in-charge of this Children’s Day Event our RSVP, I heard Nick crying. I rushed to their room and saw that Toni was still sleeping. I picked up Nick and brought him to the master’s bedroom. He was clearly tired and sleepy, but he wanted his mother to put him to sleep. I played with him. You can see it here. We cuddled for a while and then…

I was also taking my nap with him.
I felt someone was slapping my face and I heard Nick say: “Nana, abga, mek!” Nana is Nanay, which is the Filipino word for Mother. I have no idea what “abga” is. Mek is milk. So he might be saying: “Nanay, wake up, I want to have my milk.” He often tells me when he is thirsty: “Nana, mek!”
SO cute!
