Akong Bugsay was published by the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI). From RAFI’s website: “Akong Bugsay, an illustrated bilingual children’s book, tells the story of a boy named Andoy, who goes on a fishing trip with his father. Along the way, Andoy learns valuable lessons on planning and working hard to achieve a goal. The story is based on the Bugsay Principle of Roberto E. Aboitiz, president of RAFI.
