Ingredients

155g cans
sardines
, sauce removed
2
medium-sized
carrots
, minced
3
cups
malunggay leaves
2
large
eggs
4
tablespoons
flour
5
cloves
garlic
, minced
1
medium-sized
red onion
, minced

cups
cooking oil
salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning
Instructions
Separate the tomato sauce from the sardines. In a huge bowl, mash the sardines. Add minced garlic and onion.
Add carrots and malunggay leaves.
Add eggs followed by four tablespoons of flour. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning.
In a non-stick pan, pour two cups of cooking oil. Form patties using two tablespoons. Fry until golden brown.
Serve with banana ketchup.
